The Eastern European societies have started to built up this things, but the Hungarian details are not too hopeful. Hungary had have the best of the running the Visegrad Countries /Poland, Check, Slovakia, Hungary/, but we left this group, and we was transferred to the Balkan group. Instead of to build up a grate middle class, just a little group getting stronger. 90% of the society have fallen in the last 10 years.

There are different answers, why the monumental failure on the poverty, why we fall down with the close up. Today we will look after what is wrong with the contraction. Why the different part of the structure not really connecting. Why everyone sitting on the horse reverse.

In this constructions most of the people doing farm or ready to defend the country. Another scenario, when we involved to the industrial activity, try to produce something which is valuable in the market, because necessary for a comfortable city life. This is another age. The people who doing farm job only 1-3% of the society. Even the classic factory "workers" including the construction industry less then 8%. The services sector especially the human services and produce well organised information should be a chance to grow up close to the full employment.

In Hungary after the change 1.5 million people lose their job in the agriculture and the industry. We haven't done something with it in the last 20 years. Who has fall down 20 years ago, they still sitting in the floor.

During the Eastern European model change we had a dream to live the neofeudalist communist system and would build up something which is that modernisation level. Especially in our student movements we thought we should use the modernisation change definitions to help to grow up a new leader generation who understood the knowledge society model. With the Treaty of Lisbon the EU has incorporated this dream to our targets. Imagine that Grandpa is using this fashionable word in the public speech, but probably we are not that flexible, not that effective. Our routine is still reminiscent activity. In our student movements when we spoke about the modernisation level changes, it was also a carrier orientation for the young people. Let we look around what we offer for the young generation in the media, the university or school teacher carrier, even the creative development jobs, NGOs, financial sector. If anyone had said that 20 years ago, you need to build up a "special trusted relationship" with the party leaders if you want a job here, then the people would laughing about.

Not only the is the qualified jobs lose the well paid status in our societies, but also is the simple workers salary getting half. Looks like the workers have retrograded to the age of the manufactures. We are working for a salary which is not even enough for living, we have no workers rights, the new law of the employment is empty. We destroyed the communication platforms in local and national level too.

If our national state has plan to do something about a modernisation, then we would generate revolution of the communication instead of the age of silence.

After when we joined to the EU but probably in the last 16 years we have done about face. Nowadays it is not a national deal to build up democracy, free market and welfare society model. The unions or any kind of umbrella organisations has no control what is happening in the community or national level. Instead of the public speech all our law changes created in IPods and voted without any kind of discretion.

We already had cut half the salaries, abolished the worker rights, use the EU money to build up motorways all over the country and still the industrial investment is less than ever, neither the construction industry, neither the food processing industry neither the classic industrial sectors. Do we have one area to show any success? Even an idea for the focus on? Do we have a agenda what we should retrace? The age group between 20-30 the 50% planning to go away. In the adult population 20%. So many people try to defend the family life strategy individually because all the community or social planning level have made us blind. No one try to create a hopeful future picture for us.

Question of the dog: Ho the local community level is facing to the knowledge based society challenge? I meant our work place, our school, our public transport company, electricity supplier etc.

In the hospitals we abolish the patient helper points, in the schools the democracy development student movements destroyed, thy unions have no rights in the new system, even the strike is illegal. I haven't seen what is our modernisation level focus. Do we want to build up a new feudalism with an self-sufficiency? We want warlords and king or tribe chief? In this election the right side party get the 60-70% of the votes a couple of weeks ago. Back to 7 years here in this blog I wrote so many article how the ethnical hate speech is growing year by year.

Last week the judge of Békéscsaba made a verdict about a paramilitary NGO, who try to scare the gypsy communities. They so many times parade in soldier dress witch is so close the fascist uniform.

All the country living in a wonder world. The Hungarians believe we don't need to use the EU funds to fight against the poverty. It is no problem if the courtside people have no jobs at all! No problem if even you have a job the salaries not enough to feed your family.

In the last 16 years we work on this hard to get it destroyed. This is a crash! The price of the Hungarian manpower has half price than 10 years ago, and the effective demand should be also half. How the trade situation changing in this case?

 When I built up the Hungarian Jobcreation Program we had raked the NGO services in this area. After this period I keep tubs on the mentor programs, community cooperatives, community centers, transit employment model, foundation schools, sector wide corporations - umbrella organisations, trade corporatives, EQUAL or LEADER programs. When I saw what is happening. I decided to live the country. After that I made media research keep this focus. How the Hungarian government destroying service sectors used by the EU money. I showed in this blog in 1000 article how we doing with the local communities, how we wield with the creative man power in the NGO sector. Looks like if we find a oasis in our Sahara desert, it is very important for us to poison the water and burn the tries. That is our government strategy.  As I remember a month ago I met a report about Armenia. One of my county mate was there and he said that he had been accommodated in a empty hotel. Only a party was there. The local owner / politician warlord was celebrating something with this friends. When he start to spoke with hotel staff, they explained him in this street nearly every shop is owned by this guy. In this country we couldn't do census anymore. Less than 3 million Armenian living here from 15 million. Instead of integrating the Armenians from aboard the young generations running away all over the world. This country has become a Sahara desert.

We do a community blog together who living far from Hungary. A lady who living in south Italy wrote it. When my friends told me, I haven't believe it. "You have no chance for a job here if you are not a family member." You can work for your uncle, maybe one or two job in the local authorities, but even the native young people have to go to north to find a job.

 As in our neighbour country economy, the Armenian system is heated by the emigrants transfer who support their family members. The reciprocity is stronger power then the care of the "national system". The salaries which is available in the welfare societies make some families life safe. This is an other way when the reciprocity is stronger than the market or the state redistribution.

In so many Eastern European case and Middle Asian country this societies haven't built up the welfare society system based on the high minimum wage and the high employment.

After the second world war Mr Churchill said that -The poverty and the demagogy was goes together. The fascism and fair deal with the workers those are alternatives.

After the second world war the welfare society model and a communist models has also a competition. Today only North Corea belive the owners has no role in the economy. The rest of the word accept the owner control in the companies. Who else should control the growth?

Armenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Russia, Moldova and maybe a same amount of other country who destroyed the rule of law. Those are very good examples about Churchill theory. The fascism and the welfare society model two different way to build up the society framework.

All this countries have a mainstream mythological fantasy about the bogey man. The Armenian politicians living well when they remembering the people about the Azeri conflict, the Romanian nationalism set the Romanians against Hungarians, and the Hungarian nationalism giving a anti-Semite picture as an answer for everything. Whit this cover, they can stole the land, the bank money, the off license shops, the funeral services, the textbook market, and whatever they want.

Pobably the Hungarians will not facing the fact! When we have done with this system changes, it is 100% shure, it was not set Yid manipulation against Hungarians because actually the anti-Semite government kill the former owners in this sectors and put their relatives to supplant the former owners.

It is all not a recommendation. That changes have done! The land has new owners. Maybe 4-5 family able to aggregate the 70% OF the EU CAP income. basically the EU CAP try to help people to stay in the village. Why we using this money for a serious elimination? Why we have a strong Ku Klux Klan mythology all over the countryside?

 What we can do if we want to deffend the welfare society?

 Here in UK the government thinking to do pay increases because of the crisis.

In my last workplace we was paid by shift. Approximately 9 times minimum wage was our shift fee. Sometimes the job has not done in 9 hours. Because the company never paid overtime in some case we worked under the national minimum wage. Also we haven't got our brakes so many times, and the sleeping time was 5-6 hours mostly between the shift, because of the overtime. From 13 chef 9 of us left the company and now we continue the fight against this HR practice.

In this January the Mr David Cameron came out with a pointer. He wanted to punish the company owners 20.000 Pound per head who paying employees under the minimum wage. My former company should worried about this.

In contrast Hungary destroyed the workers' rights. The National Council of  Reconciling Interest is doesn't work in this function. We have no national and local deal about the salary. The government and the news speak about grown commodity wages . 90 % of the society lost value, 10% win. However all together they call it win. And no one complaining!

The president of the green party ask some question about the Saud Arabian - Hungarian government delegation. He complained that why the government diplomats promote the country with the low salaries and the country without "worker rights" - picture.

As a British dependent I can stand up for my rights if it's necessary. Why the Hungarian system changes asking to the citizens to keep the "I am your dog! Effendi!" - position?

Does the welfare society model supported by the culture?

In the first restaurant in West Sussex my cousins visited me around the Mothers day. That was so busy, so they help us. My waiter cousin was bringing 8 or 12 plates back to the kitchen and the local waiters and waitresses was so surprised to see that. After the restaurant manager start to train the staff how is it works.

My cousin told me about his restaurant that, they had 4 waiter for this job. We have got 17 here. They do the two shift every day between April and November without any brake. In this kitchen we cooking a smaller menu with 7 chef than their kitchen 1 chef with the assistant.

They have half salary than here, but the prices same and we serve nearly same amount of costumers. Their boss came out with an idea to recruit someone but they said veto because they wouldn't want to divide the tips for an other person.

That is looks like a practical thinking. But the double paid and by the number doubled employed system is looks different. Compare the two organisations goals I be on defensive the UK organisation try to do something for the employee market integration. Looks like the Hungarian version into the basement working on the exclusion.

Even if a magic man stop our politicians on the madness of exclusion, the local communities and the companies will follow this change? And how about a personality?

The Hungarian welfare society died not only because of the terror of politicians. Not only their fault to fall down with standard of living under the communist rate. Not only because the national systems facing with our goals to this direction. The simple citizen and the simple organisation culture don't care about this! The employment or the salary is not a question at all level! We can not even talk about his! Culturally we turn our back on the modernisation.

Hungarians! If you going to go back to the steppe to find a new place to live! Just turn up and say goodby to me! I going to watch it in the Google earth.

It was only natural that my very first qualification obtained was as a veterinary nurse. Even thought I grow up in 5th. Floor tower building in a Council state, I have never forgotten all my happy memories of my summer holidays with my grandparents in the countryside. I use to cycle to my grandmother’s house right after school every day, to care of a rabbit farm I built myself, I even had a German shepherd. My family had always a strong village background, I remember when I was a kid my family being involved with a number of small agriculture projects. My Aunt (a school teacher) rent a quite large portion of land where she cultivated tomatoes, and we, as many other family members help her with planting and harvesting. There was also a cooperative which organised the plowing as well as selling the tomatoes. These projects helped young couples to save money to start them up as the base of a new family.

After the regime change, I worked as a community development social worker with a lot of people from the village. I helped them to analyse their problems, try to explain our interests in any kind of advocacy possibility, or gave them methods when it was needed to think together. Mostly I worked with a number of local members of the community as well as working with umbrella organisations  which united local internet points, Youth and Community centres.

Mostly, at any given Hungarian village these organisations were the only Citizen Services & Advice providers. There were NGOs in 95% of the villages and little towns working alone. I worked along the Ostrich farmer’s umbrella organisation and the first LEADER program network which it's an EU community economy development method.

After a nationwide campaign success with the "Housing of the youth", I organised another 20 forums about "Employment", and prepared and another campaign about "What we want to see" as changes  in The European Union Common Agriculture Policy. After a 7 year period the EU were open to make a decision about a new system. As European citizens we were supposed to let them know what our interests were, we were also supposed to explain our opinion and common interests. If our citizen voice is a public one, then within a negotiating round table our point of view could be accepted. But from a wall of silence is not possible to accept a thing. And that was our main mission in the Participation Democracy Network.

That campaign was never financed by any government fund. I tried to raise money through more than 10 different channels, but unfortunately nobody was interested. I even used a different trainings, conference and workshops in order to make an issue-book (leaflet) and without budget we finally managed to get first 4 forums.

For this kind of nationwide debate we mirrored the American National Issues Forum ,  which gives 3 or 4 possible choices to solve a common problem. Then we discuss the pros and cons as well as the possible repercussions. Once this is done, the group must come up with their own recommendation. And finally we collected all of the forums outcomes we generated a broad picture of the main issues and challenges consolidating them into a united voice to help the advocacy process with this mandate.

The main reason as to why I restarted my blog in English is simply because I had left the country 5 years ago, and even from here (London) I can see how community’s welfare is getting weaker and weaker by the minute.

Today I am going to write about a press conference when a mayor of a village Hungarian proudly introduced a proper Apartheid system against t emigrants.

In this village any Romanian emigrant is not allowed to go the local pub! If they try to bring their family or their kids to this village, the authorities, i.e. the “Childcare” System’s social workers will deport them back to Romania.

In this the villages there is currently a 60+% of unemployment rate, from kids aged between 14 and 24 to their parents, and within these families 80% of both parents are unemployed! And I wonder;

Why all these people are sitting at home? Why is the local agriculture NOT giving them permanent jobs? Not even temporary?

Why our agriculture is not supporting young families to save money to grant families’ welfare as it use to 30 years ago?

Why  there was 2 million in agricultural jobs 60 years ago working mostly for their own cooperative and nowadays we have that many people working for private companies including agricultural jobs?

In a forum I had chats with the gypsy community in Ópályi and they explain to me that, the £10 that the farmers are normally paying them for a day’s  job is not enough to feed themselves as well as the travel fare to work outside their villages.

And that's why the Hungarian farmers started to recruit Romanian emigrant workers, because the legal minimum wage is under the living cost.

In the last 4 years this government has destroyed the National Council of Interest Conciliatory and cut down on worker’s right. Also the Hungarian Central Statistical Office lies about the commodity wages.

The mayor of Morahalom in a press conference made this speech:

There is a new registration fee that all farmers have to pay in order to cover a new regulatory Service to hold in check the emigrant workers. We had an agreement with the farmers and we have put in place an "ethical and behaviour contract" between us, as part of this agreement, from now on emigrants are not allowed to come to public places. If they show their emigrants face in public, we would collect them and transport them back to their concealed  concentration camps.

Probably we are not going to like them coming to our pubs at the week end or evening time, or any special event really. The mayor then follow up with this statement: It is possible you could say it is a priority restraint, but we couldn't care of this liberal point of view. As shocking as you possible consider it, I just couldn't see any way we could pursue any kind of integration! We would conceal them in their “settlement”! We assumed that they arrive here for work reasons but we won’t let them settle here, also we will try to stop them from staying! I mean it!!

In several cases we would involve all authority’s framework, including the Childcare Department  and Health Care screening  as we have so many tools to catch them, only the worker would be allowed! Therefore  DO NOT bring your spouse here! Nor your children all, no more kids at all! And don't even think about using our education or social care facilities.

This mayor is a common case in my country. This kind of xenophobic  hate speech is the a big part of the hole of the Hungarian public speech. On 6^th of April the two extreme nationalist parties got 60-70% of the votes all around the country.
